Zelda Walkthrough
The Legend of Zelda- Part one
Okay, as you probably already know, this game takes place after Ganon got out of the sacred realm. The whole point of the game is to recover the eight pieces of the Tri-force and destroy Ganon. So you will start the game with nothing. As soon as you start, you will see a cave. Go in it to get the sword! So, from where you are now, go one screen right, four screens up, and then go across the bridge one screen left and enter the tree.
You are now in dungeon number one! Not too hard getting there! It's really not too hard getting out, either! Now, from the castle entrance, go to the left and kill the three bats to get a key. Now, go two screens right and kill a certain one of the Stalfos to get another key. Now, go one screen left and one up into the locked door. From there, go one more up and kill all the Stalfos for another key. Go one screen right to get the compass and from there, go two screens left and go in the locked door. Once in this room, ignore the door on the left and go into the one on the right to get the map. From there, go up one screen and kill the monsters to get a key. Go up through the locked door another time and kill the monsters to get a key. Go into the locked door at the left (avoid the booby traps on the walls) and you will see a staircase surrounded by big stone blocks. Go to the furthest stone to the left and push it down to get to the staircase. Go in there to come to a little room filled with bats and the bow!Avoid the bats and get the bow. Now go back out of the room, and from there, go back left one screen, and down two screens to the map room. From there, go one screen right and kill all the Moblins for the boomerang. Now, go another screen right and avoid the wall masters and unlock the door to the boss chamber.
Boss: Dragon
Okay, so the bosses aren't as big and intimidating in this game as they are in Zelda 64, but hey, this is pretty good for and eight-bit game. Just hit the dragon in the head 6 times and he will be dead. Take your heart container and go into the next room to get Tri-force piece number one!
