A Link to the Past | Consul- Super NES
Genre- RPG/Adventure
My Rating- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past came out in America in 1992. After the disapointment with The Adventure of Link, Nintendo tried again on Super NES, and this time, they got the formula right. With the same top-view look as the original, but new graphics and options to do, A Link to the Past is another one of the greatest games of all time.
Link is awakened by the voice of a girl. It is Zelda and she has telepathically told Link that she needs his help. So Link got up only to find his uncle dressing up in battle clothes. His uncle told him to stay behind. Link, knowing the message was for him and not his uncle, waited a while, then, started toward Hyrule castle where Zelda was imprisoned. When he got there, he found his uncle wounded. Knowing that he could not go on like this, Link's uncle gave Link the sword and the shield and taught him how to use it really quickly. So Link started on the journey of his lifetime, to find the Master Sword and eventually save Hyrule from destruction. |
